We ship within the continental United States only and cannot deliver to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.
SEASONAL SHIPPING:
During warmer months, all perishable items ship via Overnight service only. In cooler months, Ground, 2-Day, and Overnight shipping options are available. In extreme heat (90°F or higher), orders may be automatically upgraded to Overnight shipping and packed with additional ice to help protect your items.
WEATHER RECOMMENDATIONS:
We recommend checking your local weather before placing an order. When temperatures exceed 85°F, Overnight shipping is strongly recommended. If you choose 2-Day shipping, you can add extra ice packs at checkout for an additional fee. Orders shipped without recommended protection in warm or hot conditions are at greater risk and are not eligible for replacement due to heat-related damage.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING:
Overnight orders placed Monday through Wednesday before 10:30 PM MT ship the next day. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday before 10:30 PM MT ship the next business day, typically Monday. Overnight shipping is the best option during warm weather and may be required for perishable items.
2-DAY SHIPPING:
2-Day orders placed Monday or Tuesday before 10:30 PM MT ship the next day. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday before 10:30 PM MT ship the next business day, typically Monday. This option is best suited for cooler weather, and adding extra ice packs is recommended when temperatures exceed 85°F.
GROUND SHIPPING:
Ground shipping is available only during cooler months and is best for mild or cool temperatures. It is not offered for perishable items during warm weather.
ICE PACKS:
All orders include ice packs to help maintain product quality during transit. When temperatures reach 85°F or higher, we recommend adding additional ice packs at checkout ($3.99 per 2-pack), especially when selecting 2-Day shipping.
