Absolutely! In fact, many of our team members have moved from entry-level and intern positions to technical and leadership roles.
Are there any additional job requirements?
You must love chocolate as much as we do! Along with the job requirements outlined in each posting, you must be at least 16 years old to work in our corporate-owned Flagship Store, and at least 18 years old for positions in our Corporate Headquarters and Factory.
Is there anything else I should know?
Health and safety is our #1 priority. Before applying and potentially visiting one of our locations for an interview, it is important to know that all our locations contain allergens including milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, and eggs.
